OKR PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION (C-OKRP®) — HR & Organisational Change

23,500+ learners enrolled ICF Accredited SEUs & PDUs eligible

Overview

This OKR training track focuses on teaching OKRs embedded with the organisational change for HR and Change Professionals.

In most organisations, HR and People teams are the ones handed the rollout, and goal‑setting mechanics are the easy part. The hard part is adoption: connecting OKRs to your existing performance cycle, securing leadership sponsorship in a matrix, coaching managers through the shift, and sustaining momentum past the first quarter.

Built and delivered by a senior HR leader running global performance transformation in multinational and multi-matrix environments, this track is grounded in what actually breaks when OKRs meet a real organisation, and how People leaders fix it. You earn the same recognised C–OKRP® credential as the flagship course, in addition to a path built for your work.
