The OKR Implementation Course prepares you to own the OKR system inside your organization: the rules, rhythm, enablement and improvements that make OKRs sustainable.
By the end, you will be able to design, launch and run a complete OKR Implementation Program, whether you are starting a pilot or upgrading an existing system that is not delivering outcomes. OKRs are simple to understand but challenging to implement sustainably, so this course focuses on implementation excellence, not theory.
What you will learn
C-OKRO® (Certified Chief OKR Officer)

OUTCOMES
What you will be able to do
Seven learning objectives, grouped by what a program owner designs, runs and scales.
1
Design the program
Design a complete OKR program blueprint: roles, governance, cadence and standards
Set decision rules that prevent over-cascading, too many OKRs and output-only key results
2
Run the cadence
Run planning, check-ins, reviews and retrospectives with discipline and clarity
Implement OKR quality control: rubrics, quality gates, calibration and scoring
3
Scale and improve
Build scalable enablement: training system, playbooks, champion network and office hours
Drive adoption with structured change management and stakeholder communication
Measure OKR program health and improve it cycle after cycle
