BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES WITH OKRI IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT OR THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ONLY, AND YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTIONS.

1. Accounts

When you create an account on our LMS site, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. You may not transfer or share your account with anyone else, and you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

2. Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access

When you enroll in a course or other content, OKRI grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the content for which you have paid all required fees. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content without our prior written consent. Access to the content is for a lifetime unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to revoke access to content in the event of a violation of our terms or policies.

3. Payments and Credits

You agree to pay the fees for the content you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other forms of payment for those fees. We work with third-party payment processors to provide you with secure payment methods. Payment must be received by us before you can access any paid content. 5. OKRI’s Rights to Content You Post

By posting content on our LMS site, you grant OKRI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media. This includes the right to use your content for promotional and marketing purposes. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights. You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the site or content are entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

6. Using OKRI at Your Own Risk

Our site and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OKRI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the site or the content. We do not guarantee that the site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs, and platform to access the site. You should use your own virus protection software. You understand that you use the site and content at your own risk.

7. OKRI’s Rights

We reserve the right to:

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OKRI regarding the use of our LMS site. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect our intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.
