OVERVIEW
Our signature coach-the-coach program
Most OKR rollouts stall because nobody in the room can coach the cadence. This program fixes that. You leave able to facilitate every stage of the OKR life cycle: writing strong OKRs, deploying strategic, tactical and operational objectives, and running the governance that keeps progress honest.
The course opens with a 1.5-hour live orientation, where we walk you through every practical assignment and hand over your preparation material. From there, OKR Institute runs one live session a week for 14 weeks, plus 4 hours of supervised coaching. You coach real teams as an internal or external coach, and graduate ready to build self-driven teams that deliver results.

How the course runs
Weekly live sessions
For C-OKRP and C-OKRL: a 1.5-hour orientation, then 14 weekly live sessions of 1.5 hours each. Attend the sessions and pass the exam to complete.
One live briefing
A briefing of up to 1.5 hours. Then you complete the assignments.
Supervised coaching practice
10 hours coaching real teams, internal or external, with 4 hours of live supervision.
Assignments and exams
Three written assignments and online exams. Earn C-OKRP®, C-OKRL® and C-OKRPro®.

Questions before you enroll
If you cannot attend a live session, recordings are shared with all registered participants within 48 hours. For questions about cancellations or transfers, please contact us at [email protected] — we review each request individually.
Yes. At checkout you can request an invoice for your company. We also provide a one-page business case template on request to help you get budget approval. Email [email protected] with your company details.
The certification exam is taken online after completing the program. It consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. You receive your result immediately and can retake if needed. ICF requires a pass mark of 70% for accreditation purposes.
Yes. All slide decks, workbooks, and supplemental materials are available in your student portal indefinitely after the course ends. Recordings are retained for at least 12 months.
After completing the program, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the number of CCE/SEU units awarded. You can submit this directly to ICF or PMI through their respective continuing education portals.
In the rare case a session does not reach minimum enrollment, we will contact you at least 7 days before the start date and offer a full transfer to the next available cohort or a complete refund.
