OVERVIEW
Good OKRs mean nothing without execution
OKRs do not achieve themselves. Speed to market and speed of execution decide who wins in a volatile environment. OKRs improve both, but only when strong leadership and a growth culture carry them past the first cycle.
This practical course teaches you to lead your team through OKR execution and connect it to the company's vision, mission and strategy. You work on the two factors that decide OKR success: the engagement of your team members, and communication with a return on investment during check-ins, meetings and coaching.

How the course runs
Ten live sessions
One 1.5-hour session each week with an OKRI coach. Bring your own OKRs and team situations to work on.
E-learning between sessions
Video lectures, case studies, quizzes and a Leadership Lab with practice and flashcards after every module.
Two online exams
Pass the Practitioner and Leadership exams to earn C-OKRP® and C-OKRL®. Eligible for Scrum SEUs and PMI PDUs.

Questions before you enroll
If you cannot attend a live session, recordings are shared with all registered participants within 48 hours. For questions about cancellations or transfers, please contact us at [email protected] — we review each request individually.
Yes. At checkout you can request an invoice for your company. We also provide a one-page business case template on request to help you get budget approval. Email [email protected] with your company details.
The certification exam is taken online after completing the program. It consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. You receive your result immediately and can retake if needed. ICF requires a pass mark of 70% for accreditation purposes.
Yes. All slide decks, workbooks, and supplemental materials are available in your student portal indefinitely after the course ends. Recordings are retained for at least 12 months.
After completing the program, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the number of CCE/SEU units awarded. You can submit this directly to ICF or PMI through their respective continuing education portals.
In the rare case a session does not reach minimum enrollment, we will contact you at least 7 days before the start date and offer a full transfer to the next available cohort or a complete refund.
