Müge Gabbott is a global People & Culture leader, transformation advisor, and founder of Gabbott Consultancy. With more than 20 years of international experience, she helps organizations translate strategy into execution by connecting people, organizational design, leadership, and performance.

Before establishing Gabbott Consultancy in Switzerland, Müge held senior global HR leadership roles, most recently serving as Global HR Director for a Swiss-headquartered international organization. She oversaw People & Culture activities across approximately 25 countries, partnered closely with C-suite executives, and contributed at board level. This experience has given her a strong understanding of the leadership, cultural, and organizational dynamics behind successful transformation.

Today, Müge advises international organizations, SMEs, and growing businesses on organizational transformation, change management, HR strategy, performance management, leadership, and HR digital transformation. Her approach combines strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation, helping leaders create clarity, engage their people, navigate resistance, and embed sustainable new ways of working.

Müge is also the exclusive partner of the OKR Institute in Switzerland and Türkiye. Through certification programs, leadership workshops, coaching, and organizational advisory services, she supports organizations in using OKRs to strengthen strategic alignment, accountability, collaboration, and measurable execution.

She holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Marmara University, an MBA from Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, Executive Development Diploma from IMD Lausanne. She has recently completed her Executive Diploma on Leading Change and Organisational Renewal from Harvard Business School.
