OKR PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION (C-OKRP®) – FOR HR LEADERS
This OKR Practitioner Course for HR Leaders starts with the first live session (1.5h per session via Zoom, max. 5–8 participants per cohort). A calendar invite including the Zoom link will be sent to participants for each live session.
We conduct 5 live sessions for this course, one session every week. Participants get full access to our e-learning modules and the online certification exam.
This specialization focuses on how HR can use OKRs to drive culture, engagement, leadership, and strategic people outcomes. The course is built on real HR case studies and best practices from organizations that use OKRs to transform the way they work.
Your OKR Coach will guide you through all proven OKR and agile people-practice methods so you can become an internal OKR Champion in HR, capable of aligning leaders and teams and executing your people strategy effectively and sustainably.

Yes. At checkout you can request an invoice for your company. We also provide a one-page business case template on request to help you get budget approval. Email [email protected] with your company details.
The certification exam is taken online after completing the program. It consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. You receive your result immediately and can retake if needed. ICF requires a pass mark of 70% for accreditation purposes.
Yes. All slide decks, workbooks, and supplemental materials are available in your student portal indefinitely after the course ends. Recordings are retained for at least 12 months.
After completing the program, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the number of CCE/SEU units awarded. You can submit this directly to ICF or PMI through their respective continuing education portals.
In the rare case a session does not reach minimum enrollment, we will contact you at least 7 days before the start date and offer a full transfer to the next available cohort or a complete refund.
