Freelancer, ZZP, of Gedetacheerd? Een Verbindend netwerk als Solo-preneur is belangrijk. In jouw werk zijn people skills van onschatbare waarde. Je stuurt soms teams aan en ook stakeholders weten je te vinden voor advies. Netwerken kost vaak ook een hoop tijd. Wij hebben hebben dit gecombineerd met een trainingsdag en certificering in OKRs. Vooral in de tactische laag van organisatie's gaan OKRs het verschil maken. Zij vormen de lijm tussen de strategie en executie!


Wat ga je leren?

Bedrijven zoeken naar meer verbinding met de teams en hun expertise. De middel-management laag van organisaties krijgen veelal de taak om aan te sturen op doelgericht werken. Hier komt OKR om de hoek. Als je als C-OKRP® certificeert, leer je de achterliggende concepten van het gebruik van OKR begrijpen, wat je zal helpen om OKRs op een effectievere manier te definiëren. De OKR-methode integreert uitstekend met agile principes en frameworks.

Ook in de meer project-georiënteerde organisaties dragen OKR's sterk bij aan waarde creatie, focus en prioriteitsbepaling op basis van strategie en hogere doelen. Na het halen van je examen ben je in staat om de doelen en strategieën veel duidelijker en helderder te definiëren, af te stemmen en te communiceren binnen je organisatie en teams.

The certification exam is taken online after completing the program. It consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. You receive your result immediately and can retake if needed. ICF requires a pass mark of 70% for accreditation purposes.

Yes. All slide decks, workbooks, and supplemental materials are available in your student portal indefinitely after the course ends. Recordings are retained for at least 12 months.

After completing the program, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the number of CCE/SEU units awarded. You can submit this directly to ICF or PMI through their respective continuing education portals.

In the rare case a session does not reach minimum enrollment, we will contact you at least 7 days before the start date and offer a full transfer to the next available cohort or a complete refund.
