Bring your own OKRs and get live, expert feedback from a guest trainer.
Once a month we open the floor for members to put their real OKRs in front of one of our OKR trainers. Bring a draft, a rewrite, or a set you are unsure about, and leave with concrete feedback you can act on. This is hands-on work on your own objectives, not a lesson on theory.

Yes. At checkout you can request an invoice for your company. We also provide a one-page business case template on request to help you get budget approval. Email [email protected] with your company details.
The certification exam is taken online after completing the program. It consists of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. You receive your result immediately and can retake if needed. ICF requires a pass mark of 70% for accreditation purposes.
Yes. All slide decks, workbooks, and supplemental materials are available in your student portal indefinitely after the course ends. Recordings are retained for at least 12 months.
After completing the program, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the number of CCE/SEU units awarded. You can submit this directly to ICF or PMI through their respective continuing education portals.
In the rare case a session does not reach minimum enrollment, we will contact you at least 7 days before the start date and offer a full transfer to the next available cohort or a complete refund.
