Christian D. Cater has over 30 years of experience working within multination organizations as a senior leader. He was a Global Agile Leader for Roche Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics for the past 5yrs. Prior to that he held roles in strategy, innovation operations and quality for pharma and medical device organizations. Having stated his career working for a Japanese automotive company to delivering results for the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, Christian has held roles that are pivotal to cultural and business transformations. Christian’s in-depth experience in leading organizations through transformational change enables him to share what it takes to be successful with these organizational changes. During Christian’s career, he has led first-hand 1000’s of improvement, problem solving, and strategic workshops. Christian has been an internal coach for large multinational organizations and worked with leaders from all levels within the organization. During his career, Christian has led key projects that span the global marketplace within the automotive, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. Throughout his career, Christian has trained over 3000 people on using OKRs for better strategy execution. Christian is a published author of "Breakthrough Agile: The Five Key Processes for Cultural Transformation" and has been a widely sought after speaker on topics of related to transformation, continuous improvement and change management.

OKR LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION (C-OKRL®)

COURSE DESCRIPTION


Okri conducts a total of 10 live sessions (each lasting 1.5 hours), one session every week. The Leadership Course also includes the OKR Practitioner Course. Participants will get access to the e-learning modules and online certification exams.

OKRs do not achieve themselves. Effective Agile Leadership management and teamwork excellence are required to achieve challenging OKRs.
Within this volatile and challenging business environment that we operate within, “speed to market” and “speed of execution” are of the utmost importance. OKRs do not only support the speed of execution but also the quality thereof.

OKR is an agile goal-setting framework that requires strong leadership and a growth culture to be sustainable and successful. It is very important to set effective OKRs, yet they mean nothing if execution is poor or non-existent. This highly practical OKR leadership course teaches you how to lead your team toward OKR execution and realize the company’s vision.

The engagement levels of team members and the ability to communicate effectively (communication with a return on investment) during check-ins, meetings, and coaching are critical elements of OKR success, and our practically orientated OKR leader course will support you in coaching team members toward success.

AUDIENCE PROFILE AND PRE-REQUISITES:


  •  Have good knowledge of OKRs – Attended the OKR Practitioner course and passed the exam or have practical experience with OKRs.
  •  Desire to improve coaching, team support, and collaboration.
  •   Desire to Learn practical Leadership and management strategies that improve team collaboration, engagement, and performance.

Our Certified OKR Practitioner & Leadership Course will prepare you for the Certified OKR Professional. We will provide you with the Supervision needed to complete your accreditation application successfully. Upon completing our Certified OKR Professional, you will be able to submit your application for accreditation.
